Computer Technician 
Looking for a tech-support expert to represent our company and provide excellent service to our customers.
Full Time-Employee
Years of Experience: 2 - 5 Yrs Minimum

Duties: Troubleshoot software, hardware and networking issues on-site, in-shop & remotely.

Software / Technical Skills:
• In depth knowledge and usage of all Windows, MAC & Linux OS's, including Server OS's.
• In depth knowledge of HP, Lexmark, and Canon Printers - Installation, Networking & Maintenance
• Proficency in configuring routers and wireless networks
• Proficency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Thunderbird, Symantec/Norton, and AVG

Non Technical Requirements:
• Great interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong customer services focus
• Attention to detail
• Able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to new challenges
• Responsible: “no excuses” attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel within a 45 minute radius of the Olean area.

Compensation:
Paying $34,000 - $40,000 + Performance Bonuses
Paid Vacation - after 180 days / Paid Holidays - after 180 days
Health Insurance - company contribution available after 180 days
